Cooking Steps

Method
- In a pot overheat, add the oil, then sauté the onion, garlic, cinnamon sticks, and bay leaves until fragrant.
- Add the chicken, water, and salt. Boil until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the broth, brush it with tomato sauce, then place it in the oven until browned.
- Add the rice and butter to the chicken broth, and boil on high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once it boils, reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the milk to the rice and stir until fully absorbed.
- Transfer the rice to a serving dish, arrange the chicken pieces on top, and serve hot.
