Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, warm water, salt, yeast, sugar, and butter thoroughly. Knead the ingredients until a cohesive dough forms.
  1. Divide the dough into five parts, cover, and let it rise.
  2. Cut the hot dogs into small slices.
  3. Roll out each portion of dough, then top with mozzarella cheese, hot dog slices, and black olives.
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf, brush the top with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
  5. Bake in the oven until the top turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander.
