Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, warm water, salt, yeast, sugar, and butter thoroughly. Knead the ingredients until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the dough into five parts, cover, and let it rise.
- Cut the hot dogs into small slices.
- Roll out each portion of dough, then top with mozzarella cheese, hot dog slices, and black olives.
- Shape the dough into a loaf, brush the top with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish.
- Bake in the oven until the top turns golden brown.
- Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander.
