Cooking Steps

Method
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, Coopoliva olives, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, and thyme until well combined.
- Take two slices of toast, flatten them with a rolling pin, and cut them into round shapes.
- Dip the toast rounds into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the toast in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Cut the fried toast in half, stuff with the tuna mixture and fresh lettuce.
- Serve immediately.
