Method

  1. Cut the sausages, bell peppers, and onion, then arrange them on wooden skewers.

  3. Brush the butter mixture over the skewers.
  4. Brush the corn with butter and season with black pepper.
  5. Place the skewers and corn in the oven until golden.
  6. Fry the Dari potatoes of your choice.
  7. Arrange all components (potatoes, skewers, corn) on a serving tray with assorted sauces.
  8. Serve hot as a delicious and varied snack
