Cooking Steps

Method

  1. Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
  2. Place them on a baking tray.
  3. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  4. Add feta cheese on top of each square.
  5. Grate cheddar cheese and sprinkle it over the top.
  6. Garnish with Coopoliva olives with pepper and lemon.
  7. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
