Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the coriander, feta cheese, Coopoliva olives, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Fill the samosa sheets with the mixture and fold them into samosa shapes.
  4. Fry the samosas in oil until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill.
  6. Serve hot and crunchy.
