Method
- In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and honey thoroughly.
- Marinate the chicken with the mixture, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
- In a baking tray, place the marinated chicken and top with the potatoes and onion.
- Pour the chicken broth over it and add any remaining marinade on top.
- Bake in the oven until the chicken is cooked and golden brown.
- After cooking, add the cherry tomatoes and thyme, then return to the oven briefly.
- Serve hot immediately..
