Method

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and honey thoroughly.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the mixture, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. In a baking tray, place the marinated chicken and top with the potatoes and onion.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over it and add any remaining marinade on top.
  5. Bake in the oven until the chicken is cooked and golden brown.
  6. After cooking, add the cherry tomatoes and thyme, then return to the oven briefly.
  7. Serve hot immediately..
