Almunajem Group Celebrates 75 Years of Excellence and Leadership and Announces a 10,000-Tree Planting Initiative

By the grace and guidance of Allah, Almunajem Group celebrated the 75th anniversary of its establishment on the evening of Sunday, 23 Jumada Al-Thani 1447 AH, corresponding to December 14, 2025. The celebration took the form of a distinguished dinner held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the Digital City, Riyadh, and was attended by members of the Board of Directors, senior executives of the Group, members of the Almunajem family, and a number of the Group’s employees.

During the event, several long-serving employees were honored in recognition of their dedication and contributions over the decades, having formed a fundamental pillar in the Group’s journey and the building of this longstanding institution. In addition, the Group announced the disbursement of cash bonuses on this occasion to more than 1,100 employees whose years of service range between 15 and 45 years.

The Group also announced the launch of an initiative to plant one tree for each of its employees, totaling 10,000 trees, reaffirming its commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability. This initiative aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s leading programs in afforestation and environmental protection, and will be implemented in cooperation with the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification.

The Group’s journey dates back to 1950, when it was founded by its founder, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ali Almunajem (may Allah have mercy on him), starting from a small shop. Over the decades, the Group has grown through an ambitious vision and deeply rooted values to become one of the leading companies in the food sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, continuing its steady path toward a more prosperous and growing future, by the will of Allah.
